Desolventizer Toaster/Desolventizer-toaster Machine

Desolventizer-toaster machine is comprised of a sieve-board, main axle, scraper, automatic material door, base, and driver. Wet meal enters the desolventizer-toaster via a sealed spiral conveyer with indirect steam heating in layers. Wet meal is heated in the desolventizer-toaster and stirred by stirring-blade, with wet meal from the last layer separated by means of an automatic door. Preheated and desolventization is performed sequentially from the first layer to the seventh layer. Sprays of direct steam act to desolventize. Desolventized meal is then transferred out of oil extraction plant.

Features of the Desolventizer Toaster

The DTDC is key for the desolventizing process in solvent extraction. It removes solvent from wet meal.
Outstanding functionality.
The wet meal will be directly packed after it is desolventized, toasted, dried and cooled in DTDC.
High torque bearing capacity.
When solvent in wet meal is removed completely, the level of urea enzyme is maintained between 0.15~0.25%.
