We supply large selection of oil mill machineries including oil expellers, seed cleaning equipment, decordicator, filter press, Hammer Mill and the like.

Only high quality raw material is used in the manufacturing stage to ensure the final product is high on utility and performance. At present, oil extraction machinery manufacturers are coming up with a wide assortment of expelling equipment for oil extraction. The modern Expelling machines are assembled with accuracy and precision, so that each process that goes into the expelling of the oil seeds is carried out in an efficient manner. This leads to maximum oil yield. The equipment are available everywhere at minimum cost.

The first and foremost step for oil extraction is the cleaning of seeds and their processing. This is done so that the oil seeds are cleaned and separated from the many unwanted particles such as dust, hulls, husks, metals, glass, etc. This results in a better and purer yield of oil. In order to extract the oil from these seeds, a process called oil extraction is followed. The oil seeds are crushed by using an equipment that is known as oil expeller or oil press.

Oil expelling is a mechanical method that is used to extract oil from oil seeds like sunflower seeds, peanut, soya bean seeds, rape seeds, castor seeds, copra, cotton seeds etc. All oil seeds contain some amount of oil in them. It varies from 20% to 60%. In order to extract the oil content from them, the oil seeds have to be crushed or squeezed under a high pressure in one step. As the seeds are pressed, it produces a friction, which causes seeds to heat up. As the heat of the expellers increase, the yield of the extracted oil also increases.
