In this market environment, a client with extensive experience in edible oil trading decided to upgrade their business model – transitioning from trade distribution to in-house production by establishing a complete palm oil processing facility.
The client first contacted our company in May 2022 for an initial consultation regarding palm oil processing equipment. Following a comprehensive assessment of their business scale, market coverage, and medium- to long-term development plans, multiple technical solution discussions were conducted between the project team and the client. The final decision was to procure a 3 TPH palm oil pressing line with supporting palm kernel oil processing equipment.
II. Equipment Solution: A Complete Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Oil Processing System
The project team developed a complete equipment configuration plan based on the client’s capacity requirements and site conditions. The sales manager provided multiple technical options for the client’s consideration and presented key technical parameters – including equipment materials, oil yield, and energy consumption – in detail through video conferences. 3D demonstration videos and actual machine photographs were also provided to facilitate a comprehensive evaluation by the client.
On 26 August 2022, the client formally signed the procurement agreement, confirming the order for the 3 TPH palm oil processing equipment and supporting palm kernel oil processing equipment.

This equipment combination enables the processing of fresh fruit bunches into crude palm oil, while also allowing the separated palm kernels from the pressing process to be further processed into palm kernel oil – achieving comprehensive raw material utilisation and maximising overall project profitability.
III. Equipment Manufacturing and Shipping
Following the contract signing, the client simultaneously commenced the construction of factory infrastructure at their site in Nigeria. Our manufacturing team began the design and production of the equipment in parallel.
The manufacturing cycle lasted approximately one year. During this period, the production team completed the fabrication of each palm oil press, thresher, digester tank, filtration system, and palm kernel processing equipment in strict accordance with the design specifications and quality control standards. All equipment underwent factory performance testing prior to formal shipment to ensure operational stability.
On 25 July 2023, the complete 3 TPH palm oil pressing line and palm kernel oil processing equipment were packed and formally shipped from China to Nigeria.
IV. On-Site Installation and Commissioning
Upon arrival of the equipment at the client’s facility in Nigeria, our company immediately dispatched professional engineers to the site to oversee equipment installation and commissioning. The installation process encompassed the positioning of major equipment – including the palm fruit threshing machine, digester tank, palm oil press, and filtration system – as well as piping connections, electrical control system commissioning, and other technical tasks.
Following installation, the engineers provided systematic training to the client’s operators, covering equipment operating procedures, routine maintenance, and common fault diagnosis and resolution.
In January 2024, the 3 TPH palm oil pressing line completed installation and entered the trial operation phase. In April 2024, the palm kernel oil processing equipment also completed installation, commissioning, and trial operation. The full equipment set was officially commissioned for production at that point.
