Working Principle Of Oil Filter Press
The oil filter press utilizes pressure difference to achieve solid-liquid separation:
- Filter cloth is separated by filter plates to form multiple chambers
- Pressurized liquid edible oil passes through the filter cloth under pressure
- Pure oil flows out from the oil outlet below the filter cloth
- Impurities are trapped on the surface of the filter cloth between the plates, forming a filter cake
- After filtration, the equipment can be opened to remove the filter cake
