Cotton seed oil is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the cotton plant. This oil contains high concentrations of unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants such as Vitamin E, which are very beneficial for human health. Our cotton seed oil extraction machine utilizes a physical pressing process. The machine’s power is transmitted to the main shaft via a gearbox. The squeezing spiral mounted on the main shaft rotates, pushing the cotton seed material from the hopper into the pressing chamber. Due to the gradually reduced space within the pressing chamber, high pressure is generated, and friction between the material and parts creates heat. Under the combined action of pressure and heat, the cell structure of the cotton seed is disrupted, and the oil is squeezed out through gaps in the press bars. The remaining cake is discharged from the cake outlet for use in by-product processing.

Process Flow of Cotton Seed Oil Extraction Machine:

- Dehulling: The cotton seeds are dehulled, and the kernels are separated from the hulls (a critical step for improving oil yield).
