Working Principle of YZS-100 Oil Expeller Press:
Materials are fed uniformly from the hopper and pushed by the screw shaft into the pressing chamber. The screw shaft features different rotation speeds and segmented threads, subjecting the materials to progressively increasing mechanical pressure within the pressing chamber. Oil is squeezed out and flows through the gaps between the pressing screw and pressing rings, while residue is discharged from the other end. The entire process is continuous and automatic without manual intervention, ensuring high and stable oil yield.
