Working Principle of YZS-95 Screw Oil Press
The YZS-95 Screw Oil Press operates on the dynamic spiral pressing principle. Material is evenly fed by the feeder and conveyed to the pressing chamber by the screw worm shaft. Different types of screw segments are installed on the worm shaft, which gradually push the oilseeds forward during rotation. The pressing space progressively decreases, generating continuously increasing mechanical pressure that separates the oil from the material. The oil flows out through gaps between the pressing rings and the pressing screw, while the cake is discharged from the other end. The entire process is continuous and automatic, ensuring high production efficiency.
