1. Pretreatment Section
Pretreatment is the foundation for ensuring oil yield and product quality. We configured:
- Vibrating Cleaning Screen: Removes large impurities, small impurities, and light impurities from oilseeds, ensuring raw material purity reaches over 99%.
- Flaking Roller: Flattens oilseeds into thin flakes of 0.3-0.4mm, disrupting cell structure to facilitate oil extraction
- Five-Layer Cooking Kettle: Uses steam heating for precise control of temperature and moisture, bringing oilseeds to optimal condition for pressing
2.Oil Pressing and Solvent Extraction Section
The core equipment is the Screw Oil Press and rotocel extractor:
- Single unit processing capacity: 10-15 tons/day
- Utilizes alloy steel press bars, offering strong wear resistance, suitable for African local oilseeds with higher impurity content
- Equipped with an automatic temperature control system to prevent oilseed overheating from affecting oil quality
3.Refining Section
To produce edible oil meeting international standards, we equipped a complete batch-type refining production line:
- Hydration Degumming Tank: Removes colloidal impurities such as phospholipids
- Alkali Refining Deacidification Tank: Reduces acid value, removes free fatty acids
- Adsorption Decolorization Tank: Uses activated clay to remove pigments and trace impurities
- High-Temperature Deodorization Tower: Removes odor substances under vacuum conditions, ensuring the oil is clear and odorless
- Plate and Frame Filter Press: Multi-stage filtration ensures the oil is clear and transparent
